I work at a dental surgery as a dental nurse and have been asked by management to clean out the shed in the back yard, The shed is full of mouse feces and urine. I have refused to do this job as it is not in my job description. Am I right to refuse and what are the regulations for this? Im sure you have to be trained to deal with rodants and Im sure I have every right to decline?
