Should i be a skeptic about how these thousands of martial arts associations

certify their instructors? They are everywhere. I mean can they really teach you the correct traditional method and unlock your full potential in speed, strength, and agility. i am a little guy. 5'5''. and i want to learn Wing Chun. But i also want to know how deliver kicks. Muy Thai was one. But people keep on mentioning Jeet Kune Do and attached Bruce Lees name to it it. Is it better? I live in a very secluded place. I live in South Texas near the border of Mexico.....what are the chances of me finding a really good instructor. Should i move up to San Antonio? Austin? Out of Texas? Or should i just stick with some guy's program and hope for the best and dont get scammed?
