Occasionally.........for some odd reason, my left testicle suddenly becomes sensitive and tender to touch............its always the left one, and the pain usually disapates after a few minutes or a few seconds. It is most tender in the back of the testicle and i cope by cradling it and "shifting it" for a bit................why does this happen???
