Should i buy a 1995 Toyota Camry with 161k on it? Is it worth it?

The car is for $1450. I dont think that is a good selling price. When I get to the dealer Im going to propose 1200 instead. Im going to test drive it, but what should I look out for when I do? Would it be worth the investment for maybe like a year and a half?? What do you think?
