I have two cartons of eggs sitting there on my fridge. Will I get sick or get diseases if I cook them? I like scrambled eggs. It was expired on Oct. 5.

Eggs can still be good weeks after the date on the carton. The way to test is to put them, in the shell, in a bowl of water at least 4 inches deep. If they float, they're no good any more.

Normally the crossbreed eggs will spoil after 21days. so it is better to throw away

If when you crack it it smells fine then it is still good to use. I'd suggest cracking them separately in a bowl before use.
Eggs last longer than they say usually especially when kept in the fridge.

Ok, I do not think it's a good idea, but before you dump them check them. To check them, crack the eggs and put it in a bowl. If the yolk is floating close to the top and does not smell then it is in good condition. If it has the opposite of those, then it's a bad egg.

No they will be fine. Just crack them separately into a mug or something first if you are worried. You will know straight away if it is off as it will smell like a stinkbomb.

I suggest you throw them away.
Expired foods are not good for health.

Eggs are okay as long as they don't sink in a boiling pot of water. From the date you gave me, your eggs are still okay. Corporations give expiration dates based on how soon preservatives will wear off. This releases them from any liability. Naturally, they are going to say that the food could possibly go bad a lot sooner than it will go bad. They don't want lawsuits. If you are so concerned about your health, buy your food from local farmers. I know they get fewer and further in between in this day of age, but small farms are the least likely to poison the food you eat with insecticides and growth hormones.
