Should I evolve into a Homo Sapien or not?

Last week I was trapped in a can of Primordial Soup (TM) at Wallyworld (TM) until a kid bought the can and brought it home and opened it, so I was able to crawl out of the can and start evolving. I started out a blob of microbes and that was fun, but we decided to get together and be a fish with three eyes, hair, and a tail. Then I said to myself, "Self, you're kinda a fish looking monkey anyway, so why not go all the way and evolve into a monkey?? Then I said, "Yes, Self, you are right. Plus I oftentimes hanker for bananas, so I should do it." So I grew a few legs in random locations and crawled out of the Primoridal Soup (TM) and started swinging in the trees looking for bananas which turned out to be maples so I was sad. I'm starting to think I could shave and then go to college on a government grant, but I'm thinking it might be better to evolve into a human. My question is, if I do evolved into a Homo Sapien, am I stuck with it forever, or could I always evolve back?
