This is what happened...
I was riding home from school with a friend when a motorcycle cop passed me
thinking nothing of it I kept going with cars still behind me
as the cars took a left turn
I entered a 45 mph zone
I was going 53 max
but the cop apparently was driven off the road and pulled around caught up to me then pulled me over and asked me to roll down the windows
the first question he asked was if I was deaf and when I said no he said why didn't you see me following you all this time ( which I really didn't see)
and then he said that I almost ran him over when I passed him and almost hit him head on because I almost changed lanes
and that he clocked me at 56 mph at a 35 mph zone
I don't remember even doing that and I was going 53 in the 45 zone
and that he clocked me with a radar when there were two cars behind me
I plead not guilty so I need to know how to fight these?
