should I get a ground blind or a ladder stand for deer hunting?

well first off can you bow hunt on public land????and wht shoud i get i want to put a stand/blind on a trail or if u have a better idea where to put a stand/balind plz tell me.but would it be easier to shoot a deer from a stand or a bind on a trail or where ever its best to place a stand.

If you get an elavated shot the shot is more affective when it goes into the deer. A stand is also better because the deer do not look up as much as they would on the ground. I prefer a stand. And yes you can bow hunt on public land but only during that season.
Tell me wat happens.
