Should i get the Samsung T240HD or a 22inch HDTV for my room?

I’m looking at getting the Samsung T420HD for my room but I’m still undecided as I’m planning on using it mainly as a tv not a monitor. Should I just get a 22” hdtv or get this? (which is 24”) A 26” wouldn’t fit in my small room but a 22” looks so small!!
 
You could buy a lot of good books with the money you are spending on a fashion item.
