i have 2 disconnect notices both about $300 I have about $369 and thats it until 2 weeks i have a generator to run my modem for internet if they cut my electricity but i have nothing to substitute my internet with.

I guess Im asking cut the electricity and be home or cut the cable and have electricity and not be home be using free wifi somewhere else?
i mean have electricity and not be home

or run internet on a generator?
oh yeah forgot to say i go to school online,
 
Jeez, how much is it costing you to run the generator? Gas or diesel prices are down, but still not cheap. If your finances are on the hairy edge, definitely drop the internet and cable. Those are not essential - power is. If you still have a phone line, you can always use dialup. Sure, it sucks, but at least you can get online. And drop any cable TV.
