I know I should go to culinary school but I plan to go after I get my four year education. I have an internship at a bakery in SF already to test the waters. I used to be under Hospitality but I realized I am really not a people person... so I went to Food management under Nutrition... it deals with food I suppose.. all the safety and bla bla. Should I switch back? I have a hard enough time not dropping out because I don't like being in college... what is best? for culinary or baking
