Should I pick up Gilbert Arenas?

He's available in my League. To get him, I would have to drop Kendrick Perkins, in a league where rebounds are especially valuable. For perspective: Perkins has 2800 Fantasy Points right now, and the top Free Agent on Waivers has 2500.

He'll just be dead weight on your bench for a long time;because he said
he'll need at least 1.5 months of practice before returning to game action...Arenas knows the Wizards wont make the playoffs,and he's
not motivated to come back..All he's motivated for (basketball wise) is
to get the no.1 draft pick next year.
