Should i remove the sub woofer and amp from my car, how much will it cost?

i have a 10 inch sub in my car got it like an year ago, getting tired of it. where can i get the amp and sub taken out?? how much will it cost, i dont want to do it at home because i dont want to break my dash (2007 scion tc) and i dont know how to do it either. i am starting to hear lots of noises from inside and outside of the car, maybe its the bass makes things looser in the car? amp is 300 RMS watts
