Should I tell my coworker she smells like fish?

She must have a yeast infection or something because it smelled like a Long John Silvers near her. She really needs to take care of that. Should I confront her and tell her her smell offends me or should I just leave a tube of Vagisil at her desk?
 
This is one of the terrible jobs of a BOSS. I hated that part of management, but it did fall onto us to deal with matters like this, especially if you are a man don't say a word to her.
 
bring her a gift but make it anonymous. like put it in a bag and make it look real nice so when she opens it she sees the vagisil!! haha.

ok ok, so this blind man was walking through this market right, he makes it to the fish market and takes a deep breath and says, good morning ladies! :) haha, i bought this girl a twin pack of deodorant once, haha.....
 
Maybe she knows already and is treating it... don't embarrass her.

If not, wear a gas mask, she'll get the point.. =D
