Should I trade a 1999 Cadillac Escalade for a 2004 Volkswagen Jetta?

I put an AD on Craigslist to sell or trade my Escalade and someone said that they wanted to trade their 2004 Jetta with 62,000 miles and my Escalade has 120,000 miles, mine is in great shape and I don't know what condition the jetta is in. Is it a fair trade ?
