Should I turn my employer in to the ADA...?
Please help, I work for a dentist who suffers from a bi-polar disorder (he does not take the proper medication to control this). His dentistry is suffering because he is either calling in sick for days at a time, he leaves areas of decay and places permanent fillings or crowns anyway, markets brand name products and then makes his own in-house replica while the patient believes they are paying for the brand name, and last but certainly not least he has ruined perfectly healthy teeth all in the name of a profit.
I am so torn between my loyalty to my employer and my commitment to good health for the community. I have been under a great deal of stress about what to do, I would appreciate advice from dental professionals
