should i wait for a new handheld ps device?

right now i have the Psp go and i like the vita but im asking if i should delay the vita and wait for a combination of both? which brings me to my second question, when will there be a slide, touch, 3g, camera, psp?
 
Hm there is a something like that called xperia play,but well i would still go for psp vita i think:)
