should i work out again tonight considering everything i ate?

today i ate....
a hardboiled egg
nuts
cereal w/ skim milk
apple
half a tub of ice cream <-- 130 per 1/2 cup and i had like 5-6 servings (wtf, i know).......
more nuts

i ran for 20 minutes but idk if that's enough?
its only 5 so i could probably run later night.....
what do you think
i drank lots of water too
