should i work out my biceps an tri's if my shoulders ares sore?

so i worked on my shoulders 2 days ago an there still sore but i want to work out my biceps an tri's. can i? or should i wait till my shoulders are good?
an can i lift everyday like
mon-biceps,triceps,forearms
tues-shoulders
wensday-chest an back
so can i do that?? or whats the best workout routine? cause i don't have one =( i just do whatever not sore. thx!
 
i'm guessing all you have is DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) from your shoulder workout. they are fine to workout again but i would suggest doing bi's nd tri's as suggested. workout plan seems fine
