I've been asking quite a few collar questions-sorry 'bout that. Anyways I'm going to get my kitty a collar is it bad if it has a bell on it? because it jingles... i don't know maybe if she where caught outside and needed to be stealth this would ruin it. Thanks again!! Much appreciated :]
