supermarkets and shops? It's probably not the brats fault but that of the ignorant low class parents who know little better themselves.

Yes they should, I'm sure there is a health and safety law which covers it. Send them packing to Lidls or Netto, we'll be happy there gone and they'll be happy they can get more food for their money..
