Should there be a "bad faith reporting" penalty written into the Community...
...Guidelines? I know there's the whole reputation charade, but I'm talking about actually penalties for reports deemed to be in bad faith by the Abuse Team, like maybe a losing points or fingers and toes, or even having your account suspended on the second frivolous report. I think that would make the report monkeys think twice before using the report button to silence dissent. What say you?
