Except in the movies, I doubt anyone could dodge a bullet. Also, Navy SEALs are a team. A ufc pretender would not stand a chance. Take it easy on the the steroids there, killer.
Inside the octagon, the UFC guys would win of course. I would put my money on a SEAL anywhere outside the octagon, though. Also, you have to admit, a Navy SEAL would do a lot better in the octagon than a UFC fighter would do in a war zone.
Um.. any guy in a combat position would KILL any UFC guy out there.. They are trained to kill their opponent to the point of zero mercy. War is much different from sport. In the octagon UFC would win because there are rules.. outside UFC would pee his pants.
