Shugo Chara! Is it worth watching?

A friend suggested this anime to me and I thought, "sure why not."
Now I'm a little into the second episode and I'm questioning weather or not I should continue watching it. Is it really worth the 120+ episodes (I'm not sure how many it actually has but yeah...)

there is no kiss scenes between the 2 (she is like 12 and he is like 17 lol)
i love romance <33

i heard it was good... but idk
i think i will be disappointed so i haven't watched it
