Sidekick LX To a Samsung Instinct, is there any way to move my contacts over?

With out doing it by hand i have over 400 Contacts in my LX And noo i never used My-Tmobile so my contacts ARN NOT ONline and seeing how im already gone i cant join now! Someone said do it threw the bluetooth but didn't tell me how.. I Really need help its a work phone but i dont have time to Put each 1 in by hand. Hope there is a easyer way. Thanks guys.

yes, bluetooth . . .

i helped one of my friends to transfer her number from Sprint phone to AT&T phone.

first, u must pair LX with Samsung Instinct

go to your address book, when u're on the person' name, select option, n send via bluetooth.. i hope it work for u.. last, it will take time, but not forever.. good luck
