Lol the person who considers R&S an online church clearly has never been to R&S.
 
really? do you even know who this letter was written to? It was written to a specific church where they were trying to be a God loving church but chaos was breaking out. In order to calm the church, they did limit the church to only men speaking at times because some of the women were creating the chaos. If you read more, you would see that many woman were famous preachers and teachings in their time (they just wasn't in this specific church).
