Since I've been eating healthy, I become hungry all the time!?

I have been eating very low calorie foods (whole grains, fruits, lentils), usually in significantly high volumes, but NO sweets, candies, chocolates, or desserts, meats, or oily things. I do have meat once or twice every two weeks.

I am working out everyday at low intensity.

I get hungry like 1 hour after eating! And then I stay very hungry! Eating large amounts of fruits still makes my hunger come back fast, especially in the night.

What can I do?

fats and carbohydrates keep you full for the longest time, so it might be the proportion of the stuff you eat it in, like if its mainly fruit and vegetable and little to no carbs, than you will get hungry faster

Honestly I eat as much as i can, but don't forget to burn it off. So my suggestion to you is just eat.

Don't ever starve yourself.

Live with it, you're not supposed to be full alll the time, that's why Americans are fat.

I'm the same way, and that's why I'm built like a Greek god and the women want to eat my shit up.
