It would seem the contrarians have 2 main categories for 'believers': people who have some political agenda, and people who have their heads in the sand.
I'll grant that there may be more than a few people who would easily fit in one or both of the two categories.
But I don't quite see how non-government people who are passionate and concerned about the issue, and who have spent a great deal of time researching it (including the opposing viewpoints) and have independently come to their own conclusion, could logically fall into either category. If you feel they can, what is your reasoning?
Or, is there a 3rd category you would place them under?
