I was stuck in sp for an hour and a half trying to ge my astral body out. Thing is, I'm not sure if I was in sleep paralysis.
I couldn't move my body, but I didn't feel the vibrations or hear the screeching noises that I've read come with sp.
Was I in sp or que?
Also, once in sp, how do I get my astral body out?
