I need help on any other firewalls I might not no about that are blocking them. And i don't have Norton or McAfee.

There are many ways to do this, and it depends heavily on your router. Search "Router Name + Model port forwarding" Otherwise, open up windows firewall. Go to exceptions, and add the port and the program to the exception list.
