Slow computer. Do I still need a one time use only cleaner?
Hi all
My computer is very slow. When I start it takes at least 20 minutes for the windows to be opened. At the beginning the windows freeze and I have to wait several minutes to get them loaded. I have installed both Avast Home Edition and Pc tools Spyware Tool recently. can somebody tell me any free mean to speed up my computer? I thought, beside having Avast and Pc tool, to use a free computer cleaner for one time only. Plus, the only way to get my computer clock on time it is by setting it manually through connecting it to server everytime after I turning it on Is there another way to fix that problem?
Thanks beforehand for your contributions
P.S I post the same problem last wekend in this forum and I was told to defragment my hard drive I did it but the problem seems the issue is still there

For the first problem, you should start your computer in safe mode with networking by hitting F8 while the computer is booting until you get a screen with the option, then you need to download and install Malwarebytes Antimalware, and then run it in safe mode and remove what it finds, then restart the computer in normal mode.
