Slowed internet speed?

My computer had some viruses in it a few days ago. I had removed it with Avast Home 4.8 trial? edition. I removed it by going to the chest > right clicking all the viruses in it and selected Remove. Since they are already gone, when will my internet speed come back up? Or, is there a way to fix it now that the viruses are already gone? Yet, if not, do i reset the system and that's it?

Depends- when is it exactly slow? is it while surfing the internet, or when running progrmas? either way, you can make it go faster. If your internet is slow, you should scan your computer for viruses and spyware using suitable programs(for example- avast anti virus or spybot).
