Small, red, itchy spots on upper body?

Hi, I have quite a lot of small and itchy red spots on my upper body, mainly concentrated around the stomach and lower breast area, I have some on my arms but they are not itchy at all. None at my legs. But it may spread because 2 or 3 days ago I didn't have any on my arm. I started having these spots since 5 days ago. I was just wondering what they are and how should I treat them?
