I have call Sprint, Verizon, and AT&T and they say you have to get a talk plan as well. This makes no sense because if they can give a data plan to a tablet such as an IPAD than they probably can give it to a cell phone. A verizon rep said that the sim cards on an IPAD and I PHONE are not compatible.
