Smartphones or PDA with inbuild maps?

Smart-phones or PDA with in-build maps for navigation available? Most pda or smart-phones with navigation application need to be updated by a pc when navigating in a new area, some can load maps via wireless connection. As huge flash memories are available, why can't I find devices with in-build maps?
