Smell cigarettes when there is none?

Lately I've been smelling smoke, like cigarette smoke, wherever I go. But there is no cigarettes around! No one around me smells it. It is starting to get annoying; is this serious? Thanks for your help

PS. I do not smoke, nor does anyone in my family
