Smelling smoke that is not there?

I'm smelling smoke, and have been for the past week or so...no matter where i go or what i do, i smell the smoke....i was not near any fire. I do not smoke, nor have i ever smoked....i don't live with anyone that smokes....i have recently had a personality disorder diagnosis, i have very recently been getting onset of blurred vision, and sometimes in only 1 eye..i get headaches almost every day that are not the same....I an unbalanced sometimes when i walk...seems like i have to try hard to stay on balance and stop straffing from one side or the other....I havn't lost weight though....I also do get confused sometimes, especially when i speak, and i do mess up my words quite a bit when i try to think lol.... And when i was in the hospital earlier this year, to get my appendix taken out...i had extreme pain while in my bed after the surgery, unimaginable pain which lasted for over an hour...then they finally gave me pain meds, and had a cat scan without contrast....but said they didn't find anything... would that be a conclusive test for brain cancer? Because my great uncle died of brain cancer in his low 40's, and i'm 27. other cancer's do run in my family...prostate, lung, colon, rectal...and so on....anywho! Any help could get great, Just wondering what yall think is wrong with me....Thanks!
