I am on the highest strength because I used to smoke a pack and day.  Last night I went out and smoked while wearing it.  In the last 24 hours I smoked six cigarettes.  I have a headache now and I worried about having a stroke.  I didn't realize it was that dangerous to smoke while wearing the patch until I looked it up today.    I have taken off the patch for the next 24 hours because I don't want anymore nicotine going into my system which could cause more problems.  Is it really that dangerous? Could it kill you?</p></blockquote><p></p>
