So I got a ticket for smoking in downtown burbank. I'm not so much worried about the cost as I am about the letter coming to my house and parents seeing it. So my question is, if i pay the ticket the next day, or even change the address, will the ticket still come to my house? Because sometimes they send it to your address plus the new one. What should I do to completely avoid that letter coming in my mail at my house?? help!
