Smoking tobacco out of dry bowl fail drug test?

I have a bowl that I have pretty much smoked dry. I don't get anything when I smoke my tobacco out of it. Could this still cause me to fail a 50ng drug test?

Ps- I smoked it dry months ago. And have been smoking tobacco out of it since December.
