Smoking V.S. overeating?

Before, i exercised 4-5 times a week, and ate crap once a week. I also smoked regularly.
The last two weeks I have worked out 1 time only, during the entire two weeks. I have also eaten crap- ice cream, chocolate, etc- EVERY day, literally. I've also become lazy and I never want to hang out with friends anymore. My room is very messy as well. I haven't smoked once these two weeks.

I knew smoking affected my appetite right at that moment I was smoking, but I never thought it would change my appetite in general. I think since I stopped (temporarily), I've used food as a substitute. I also think that since my appetite has changed, my other habits have changed to.
I was doing a great job reaching my dream body, and now it's all gone to waste.
What should I do?

P.S. I have always had a hard time motivating my self to get off my ass and work out, but now it's become even harder. Help?
 
Well first if you want to eat why not overeat with salads fruits healthy foods? I can be messy too and I have stopped going to the mall because the more stuff u buy the more messier the house! Start excercising with yoga classes. It has changed my life and my body. Better than the old working out routine. Good luck!
