i have nokia 1208 with BSNL connection, i can send sms to other mobiles by it, as well as i can send sms by the "sms service offered by BSNL" like cricket, astrology etc, but i can not send to sms to the servers like "sms to 554456", whenever i try to send sms, it replies sms failed. Please suggest me.
