iv got a 1999 arctic cat z 440 that i need to rebuild. just did a compression test and the cylinder on the clutch side has 35 lbs of compression and the cylinder on the fan side has 5 lbs of compression. the sled should have somewhere around 115 lbs each piston so i need to rebuild the whole motor. i need gaskets and i also want to do oil seals and obviously new piston rings. is there anything else i should do also? if im building a complete new motor what else do i need?

Lol, motor building is an art and comes on a case by case situation. buy a Winderosa COMPLETE gasket and seal kit, make sure your pistons are mated to the jugs, clean the carbs and check your carb boots for leaks, there is always a reason an engine fails, be sure to remove all aluminum from the jugs before honing, or recoat in the case of nickesil, you may want a fresh set of crank bearings, be sure to check your jetting.
