...illegal downloading...? My internet service is under my name and account and I have roommates living with me. One in particular has been downloading illegal movies. I have been so frustrated with this person about this issue yet he still doesn't get the clue that I'm the one who is getting in trouble for this. My question is, is there a way I can block this person from using my internet service or the wireless internet or can I set the router so that only one user is allowed on? Or should I just switch account names and make it the other person's responsibility?
 
Get a new roommate. If you want to go evil just destroy all of his illegal media. What's he going to do? Call the cops?
 
Ok - Big Question - some steps you could take

1. Talk to your roomate and tell him u r getting in trouble for this !!!
2. Make a new wifi network but make it protected so only the people who know the password can access it (you can configure it to auto enter the password on ur computer?
3.If they r using ur computer get some monitoring software see http://www.actualspy.com/
4. Try lan school - install the client on there computer and the teacher on urs. You can see what they r doin when there r connected to the wifi network !!! free 30 trial- goggle it
5. Kick em out !!!
