...this cut it? ok so i do alot of working out. every other day ill do 50 minutes of cardio and get rid of 430 cals Max Total. Sometimes i run a mile afterwords like today after all that cardio i ran an 11 minute mile. (Ran a tred mill on 8.0 the last 2 minutes of the mile.

Right now im taking the cellucor weightloss system besides the Green bottle (which increases your thyroid glans) so im just taking d4, the water shed, and the other fat burn one. I also eat on strict diet and only drink Vitamin water/Regular water.

I need to get rid of atleast 30lbs. Wuld i be able to rid of all of it by october if i keep pushin myself or is 400 cals every other day not cutting it? Im very addicted to lifting and its like if i dont im all depressed ;p And also 2 other weightloss products i havent Tried yet is abdominal cuts and Arsenal Xtreme (Which is another 70 dollar product). Are those any good?

And also one last question. If i go running and lift afterwords, does the running cancel out the lifting? cuz sometimes ill lift for like 15-20 minutes after 50 minutes of cardio. All answers are appreciated (No stupid ones those wont get you points), thanks again for the help.
