I disagree with Jose Martinez's assertion that Khan has little power. Khan is actually a power puncher himself, though not as much as Maidana. Khan doesn't have blunt KO power, but he has piercing power that disrupts and softens his opponents. An example of a boxer overwhelming others through speed with no power is Z Gorres. He was able to get a draw against Darchinyan and gave Montiel all he could handle using this speed. Khan has both speed and power.**edit**Whether Khan wins by an impressive manner or he gets KTFO early, my respect for him has skyrocketed for just taking this fight. I thought he would be avoiding Maidana like a plague.</blockquote>
