...his phone he still never gave? me an honest explanation . He stated, "I don't know why this individual chose to send me this picture". He doesn't see what the big deal is at least that's his attitude .My thing is where's the respect for me in all this? someone help please!!! I looked this woman up on people search and he found out and got made, but shouldn't I be the one who's upset here?
 
Denial is the classic male response to being "found out". You cant force him to do anything, what you need to do is decide your response.

IMO its a mistake to go spying if you arent prepared to deal with what you find.
 
What are you doing snooping in his business. Sounds to me like trust issues abound. Where's the respect for him?
