So when I see the guy that I like - what should I do to convey my interest in him?

I'm too shy to ask for a number and normally I just get really tense...then I end-up being "rude!"
But how else can I suggest to him that I like him? Should I smile more and giggle or what should I do? I really like this man and I don't know how to suggest it!
He is a temporary worker at the same office as me! He just started - I like him a lot!
We're both in our mid-20's - please help!
Oh I like him because he is friendly, down to earth, and he even approached me and made small talk about my work. He is sweet!
 
If you really want help you're gonna have to provide more details like you're age, his age, where you met him, why you like him, etc. If you want a detailed answer that is....

Otherwise just get breast implants, plastic surgery and play hard to get...j/k.
 
Put your shyness in your back pocket, and walk up to the man and introduce yourself in a ladylike manner. Tell him point blank that you are interested in getting to know him better. He should take lead from there. If not, oh well - move on to someone else. Good luck to you!
