Software for Motorola v3a, not v3?

I was wondering if there was any kind of software I could download for an Alltel Motorola Razr V3a for ringtones, or if there was a way to use the phone's bluetooth to connect with my computer... Any help would be appreciated.
 
i just got a free ringer at www.freeringtone.com you should really check it out
