i live in southern NJ and i want to adopt a dog from a high kill shelter because i hate to see animals get euth. 
i live in a area where there is not a lot of stray dogs/cats so all the shelters around me are no-kill shelters. i am willing to travel to PA/NJ/NY/DE/MD i am looking for a border collie or australian shepherd. also, my county shelter doesnt euth. there arnt enough dogs/cats! thanks!
